Price Includes – travel fee, multiple rehearsals, custom music, costumes, prop /accessories specific to your show.
Bellydancer Meet and Greet – 10-15 minute short show Sadira will arrive with her ensemble, dressed and ready to go on. A specialized playlist will be created for your venue and will be provided via ipod. Host will need to provide quality sound system with aux cord connection. (CD players can be accommodated if specified at time of booking)
Mini Show – 15-20 minutes Sadira will arrive with her ensemble, dressed and ready to go on. Your specialized playlist will be created for your venue and will be provided via ipod. Show will include 2 full dance sets and Sadira will be available for pictures and questions afterwards. Feel free to add fun elements like fire or a snake dance to your Mini Show to really wow your guest. See Add-Ons at bottom of page.
Themed Theatrical Performance – 20-30 minutes This package is for the client looking for a theatre type show. A specialized story line performance will be created specifically for your venue accompanied by music which will be provided via ipod. Sadira will arrive with her ensemble, dressed and ready to go on. Show will include 2 full theatrical dance acts performed by Sadira, created to take you on an emotional ride within the theme of your executive event.
Sadira can always bring additional performers of any category to add dynamic levels to your soiree. See Add-Ons at bottom of page for options.
Lady Liquid Variety Show – 2 hour block rate (for exclusive soirees, yacht parties or such) – This Package is for clients really looking to make their party a truly memorable event. A specialized story line performance will be created specifically for your venue theme accompanied by music which will be provided via ipod. Sadira will arrive with her ensemble, dressed and ready to go on. Show will include 2 full theatrical acts with a multitude of emotion, levels, and drama. To really turn up the heat of your Variety Show, have Sadira add fun elements like fire or snake dance to your package. Booking Policy
In order to confirm a booking for a show in the San Francisco Bay Area, a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to event. Or a post-dated check can be cashed at that time. This deposit marks your time slot as reserved and is non-refundable. If the event has to reschedule past this time, the deposit will be applied to a later show of corresponding value. Sadira does not start rehearsing for a show until all monies are paid in full and you will receive an invoice for your performance package. Greater US and beyond events will need to pay in full at time of booking to insure proper travel accommodation. Cost of travel will be added to show price. By confirming your performance request you are agreeing to Sadira’s Booking Policy of no refunds. If your show has to reschedule or cancels within 14 days of the date and you have paid in full, the credit will be applied to a later date and time. There is no expiration for a postponed show and you will be given priority over other shows on the agenda.
