Bellydance Workshop with Sadira
Come and experience your inner Goddess. In this class we will get your body moving, swaying and undulating with silky sultriness as we learn the art of movement and how to captivate an audience. We will build basic bellydance technique into fun mini combos all while building stamina, endurance and stage presence. This class is accessible to all levels of dancer, so fear not. We welcome you with open arms. Come discover your dance warrior.

Body Sculpt de Cirque
Looking to become stronger and more agile like many of the Cirque performers that you admire so much? This is the class for you. No matter your art or simply your favorite past time, your practice and performance can benefit from this targeted conditioning. In this specialty class, yoga-dance-and acting exercises are blended to create a truly unique workout experience. Sadira will give you drills for strengthening your arms, legs, and core as well as exercises for taking your flexibility to the next level. We focus on everything from headstands and splits to character building and engaging ones audience. All while toning and sculpting the body in new ways. Expect a good time.
